My name is Doug Nienhuis. I’m a Canadian currently doing a bit of bike touring in the Philippines. I’m not sure where this trip will take me next, but the current plan is to end up in Zamboanga on Mindanao and take a ferry from there to Malaysian Borneo. From there, if the weather is right, I might try to make my way to Indonesia.
I called this blog “The Cycling Canadian” simply because if I have the option, I prefer to travel by bicycle. It’s just a great way to get around and experience the world.
I’d love to hear from you! Drop me a line, a comment, a suggestion, some travel info, or even an invitation.

Hello,
This is Sasa from Taiwan News.
There is a unit in culture.tw. (blog)
Link: http://www.culture.tw/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogsection&id=9&Itemid=263
May I extract your article on culture.tw?
Just like that -> http://www.culture.tw/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1936&Itemid=263
I think that can also promote your blog.
And browsers will link to your blog directly.
We want to post the article “Lanyu Trip” on BLOG of culture.tw.
I think the article can help foreigners to know Taiwan better~
How do you think about that??
I am looking forward to your earlier positive reply.
Thanks a lot,
Sasa
