My flight from KL to Jakarta was supposed to be a very easy and pleasant experience. After all, I knew the airport in Kuala Lumpur quite well and I was being given a lift right to the departure terminal. And the flight was only 2 hours long, and then I was staying at an airport hotel which I could reach via the free shuttle bus.
I thought I would arrive there very early and be full of energy and fresh to enjoy the comforts of the Zest Hotel. And I guess most of that did happen. But there were some complications at the airport and I think I ended up spending 3 hours there before I was able to get on the shuttle bus to the hotel. And I think in this video podcast, I talk mainly about those adventures all to do with the modern complexities of apps and smartphones and SIM cards.
